Our prices are a tremendous value! Because we list a nightly price, despite only being available for longer stays, you don’t need to pay for nights you don’t use in the month in which you arrive and depart. The Helena House is available for booking via VRBO and AirBnb. We prefer VRBO due to their lower fees to both the guest and to the homeowner. About the Home

The Helena House is incredibly comfortable and spacious with room for a large family. The ranch-style home with a professionally finished basement features 6 bedrooms & 3 full bathrooms in 4,170 square feet. The master suite is on the main floor and has a bedroom-sized walk-in closet and French doors to a landscaped patio. Play foosball, shuffleboard or have movie night in the game/media room room, read in the stocked library, take a steam shower, work in the expansive office with fast Wi-Fi and more! Adults will enjoy the wet bar. Everyone will love the stone patio with gas fireplace and commercial grill. With comfortable beds, an easy walk to the park, recreation center, restaurants & shops, the Helena House will instantly feel like home. The back yard is fully fenced.

Typically, guests stay with us when they are moving to the area and want to live near Denver or Parker before deciding where to buy a home. Another common guest scenario is when a family is temporarily relocated due to work and wishes to have the convenience of a fully furnished and fully stocked home so they won’t have to buy expensive linens and kitchenware for a stay shorter than a year. We also help area families who are displaced from their homes due to water or fire damage and need a real home while theirs is being repaired. At times to help these types of guests, we’ll make exceptions to our usual rules and rates. Please inquire. A Perfect Colorado Home Base Location

Your home away from home is located in a small, quiet subdivision a short walk away from Cherry Creek State Park. The paved riverside walkway begins at the end of the road and continues through the park. Cherry Creek State Park is a recreation haven that borders the neighborhood on one side and DTC on the other. Enjoy the state’s largest off-leash dog park, a lake beach with BBQ, biking and running trails, a shooting range, improved camping sites, boat launch, model airplane field and marina with water sport rentals.

Also within a short walk is a neighborhood park with play area and Trails recreation center with indoor pool (featuring a lazy river and waterslides). You’ll also find a skate park, wonderful restaurants, a nail salon, a boutique coffee shop, frozen yogurt shop, amazing NY pizza and more. Corporate headquarters for many businesses are located in the area or a short drive away. Downtown Parker, Colorado has an idyllic historic main street and Denver is only 30 minutes away.
